We're back. We had a great time in sunny.......... California.
Our first attempt at flying Space A did not turn out into a ride over to Tokyo. Although we were disappointed, all was not lost. We got a chance to visit San Fransisco and saw the Golden Gate Bridge, drove down famous Lombard Street, and had lunch at the Fisherman's Wharf. We also visited the Jelly Belly Factory and took the tour to see how they make Jelly Belly Jelly Beans. We even got to taste their new Cold Stone flavored Jelly Beans. The cake batter tastes just like cake batter ice cream. YUMMY!
Then we headed up to Napa Valley and did some touring and wine tasting. The kids loved that day. They spent it with their faces in their Nintendos and were lovin' life. It was a win - win day for all of us. Our unanimous favorite winery was Castello Di Amorosa.
Then we drove up to Redding, CA to visit Scott's Aunt Patty, Cousin Julie, Natalie and Uncle Lyn. We toured the Shasta Dam and had a great (but quick) visit with them.
Thanks for letting us drop in on you guys at the last minute!
Now it's back to school and soccer season. Where did the summer go????
I'll post some photos once I get them downloaded. I'm a bit behind the power curve still.

Welcome home. At least you did not have much of a language problem. You already speak California.
